As a Commercial Leasing Clerk with MBA Consulting Services, Inc., you'll play a key role in preparing and verifying lease renewal contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance for our Lease Administrators.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and review commercial lease contracts and renewal documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain, organize, and retrieve contract records as needed.
- Work closely with Lease Administrators to deliver complete, accurate contract packages.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in commercial leasing or real estate.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow established processes.
