Active Secret Clearance Required
Join a cross-functional engineering team developing next-generation autonomous and unmanned undersea vehicles (AUVs/UUVs). We are seeking a skilled and innovative mechanical engineer to help us deliver mission-ready subsea technologies for defense and commercial applications.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related science, engineering, or mathematics field
- 5+ years of relevant mechanical engineering experience
(or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience) - Strong understanding of design for manufacturability, mechanical integration, and product lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Mechanical engineering design using SolidWorks MCAD
- Familiarity with PTC Windchill for product data management
- Engineering background in the undersea/maritime domain
- Knowledge of AUV/UUV technologies and system-level design principles
- Experience assembling and testing prototype mechanical systems
- Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
