ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Facilitate instructor led and virtual training sessions for personnel in secure/classified
- Lead interactive training workshops, onboarding sessions, skills development programs, and systems/process training.
- Manage classroom logistics, student engagement, and technology setup (virtual or in-person)
- Collaborate with instructional designers to tailor material to the learner population and mission context
- Provide feedback and recommendations for curriculum improvement and context delivery
- Maintain training records, rosters, and post session reports in accordance with agency standards
- Evaluate learner performance through observation, assessments, and participant feedback
- Foster positive and inclusive learning environment that supports diverse learning styles and backgrounds
EDUCATION & EXREIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3 + years of experience delivering professional training in a classified or technical setting
- Prior experience facilitating training in support of DoD or intelligence community customers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background in IT, Cybersecurity, intelligence analysis, or systems engineering
- Experience with instructional design or curriculum development
- Familiarity with ADDIE or SAM models of training development
- Certification in training or facilitation (e.g., CompTIA, CTT+, ATD Master Trainer, Kirkpatrick Evaluation, Etc.)
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)v and maintaining training metrics.
