We are seeking a Sr Budget Analyst to directly support the Navy. This position requires strong DoD budget experience, especially with Navy ERP and PBIS tools. Ideal candidates will bring between 5 to 12 years of relevant experience, an analytical mindset, and a current DoD Secret Clearance. Must be able to work onsite at the Pentagon.

Desired Skills and Experience
• Active DoD Secret clearance (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or similar discipline
• 3+ years of Navy budget experience
• Familiarity with budget formulation and execution processes
• Hands-on experience with Navy ERP and PBIS systems
• Preferred, experience with data tools like Python
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate on budget planning to support Navy FM&C strategic goals
• Provide input on budget priorities and planning efforts
• Analyze and consolidate multi-year budget estimates
• Develop financial plans, funding recommendations, and resource estimates
• Deliver guidance to Secretariat staff on budget formulation
• Prepare budget exhibits, including for audit purposes
• Lead or support the development of POM/DON/OSD/Congressional submissions
• Draft responses to Congressional RFIs and appeals
• Conduct budget execution tasks, including tracking, reporting, and dormant account reviews
• Provide support to the Services Requirements Review Board (SRRB)
