Rigid Tactical is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Logistics and Coordination Specialist to provide crucial support for EODTEU TWO and Salvage Diving operations. This role is based at NAS Key West, Boca Chica, and requires a dedicated professional to manage a wide range of logistical and administrative tasks. This critical role ensures mission readiness for EODGRU TWO by managing the complete lifecycle of EOD and salvage diving training activities, including meticulous planning, execution, and post-exercise documentation.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience: The ideal candidate is a former qualified Navy EOD operator or First Class Diver with a minimum of 15 years of knowledge and experience in the U.S. Naval Diving program.
Management Experience: A minimum of four years of management experience in Expeditionary Diving operations and plans is required.
Secret Clearance
Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English. Proficient in Microsoft Office and military readiness systems (e.g., AFSAS).
Drug Testing: You must undergo initial drug screening and be subject to random drug testing as required by the contract.

Responsibilities:
Exercise and Training Coordination:
Schedule, coordinate, and manage the opening and closing of demolitions and small arms ranges, as well as various training areas.
Set up and coordinate training scenarios, including exercise role-playing, to ensure realistic and effective training.
Assist in planning and coordinating EODGRU TWO exercise participation and develop scenarios based on real-world intelligence.
Coordinate and execute Sustainment and Advanced Training events as needed.
Administrative and Reporting:
Draft and submit post-exercise reports and other required correspondence within seven days of exercise completion.
Compile and report training lessons learned throughout the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP) within seven working days of exercise completion.
Assist with data entry, including logging all dives in the Air Force Safety Automated System (AFSAS) with complete accuracy within one business day of the dive.
Provide accurate and timely OFRP data.
Accurately log all completed dives into the Dive Jump Reporting System (DJRS) within one business day. Track training completions and generate readiness reports for leadership as needed.
Operational Support:
Advise and provide recommendations on new developments in EOD and Salvage Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP).
Recommend material solutions to improve EOD and salvage TTP.
Assist in managing and coordinating all training requirements.
Personnel Support:
Schedule and coordinate barracks for assigned personnel as required.
