SCITLS Print Support

USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

PRINT SUPPORT

• Manages, maintains, and supports STRATCOM's print infrastructure.
• Ensures reliable, efficient, and secure print services for end users, enabling seamless document handling and secure information dissemination in support of STRATCOM's mission objectives.
• Oversees print hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance, along with managing networked print solutions to enhance functionality and performance.
• Monitors print service usage, managing consumables, implementing security protocols, and providing responsive field support to minimize downtime and optimize print service availability.
• Ensures print systems are operational and secure and compliant, contributing to mission readiness across all supported locations.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• AA/AS, 3+ years of experience
• Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
• Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation; A+ or Network+ or Security+ or CySA+
• Location: Offutt AFB, NE
