We are seeking a Test Technician to join a leading technology company in Chelmsford, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong attention to detail and an interest in electronics to grow in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment. You'll play a key role in testing and assembling cutting-edge electronic systems and components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.
- Follow detailed process instructions and test plans to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Use measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality standards.
- Document test results accurately in databases and reports; assist in refining test procedures.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support throughput and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Interim Secret or higher Clearance
- ACTIVE Secret highly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.
- Familiarity with ESD procedures and electronic test equipment.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and grow in a technical role.
