The candidate will be responsible for reviewing disparate data sources and writing sound analyses containing insights gained from the information. The analysis process will include providing actionable solutions to move the program forward towards its goals. Prior industry experience is required for this position.

Tasks
- Understand the nuances of deconfliction with stakeholders
- Identify actionable program goals
- Operate independently when working on projects of moderate to high complexity
- Serve as the focal point for stakeholder support
Required Skills
- Experience working in cyber programs
- Experience successfully assimilating and evaluating large amounts of data
- Experience achieving self-proposed program goals
- Prior use of an array of specialized analysis tools and databases
- Knowledge of telecommunications, including cellular networks and computer networks
Desired Skills
- Ability to work with data repositories
- Foreign language skills: Russian
- Specialized cyber experience
Education Requirement
- BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
Experience Requirement
- 8-10 years of experience
