RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and execution of the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) across IT operations.
- Monitor service performance against contract-defined SLAs and performance standards.
- Identify, track, and resolve quality issues through effective corrective and preventive action processes.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, assess risks, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate internal quality audits and customer satisfaction reporting.
- Collaborate across teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of quality goals.
- Promote a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and compliance.
- Support external assessments and ensure adherence to ISO, NIST, and other federal quality frameworks.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise quality assurance, preferably supporting federal IT contracts.
- Proven experience developing and managing QA frameworks, QASPs, and performance dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL-based service delivery and SLA compliance management.
- Experience in root cause analysis, risk management, and service quality improvement.
- Familiarity with government contracting, especially performance-based service contracts.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Must obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance prior to start.
Certifications Required:
- ITIL v4 Foundation
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (preferred)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting FEMA or other DHS components.
- Working knowledge of ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 standards.
- Familiarity with FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53 compliance frameworks.
- Background in agile environments and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with performance reporting tools and ITSM platforms.
