As the Program Administrator, will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and overall coordination of program activities. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the program runs efficiently and effectively. The Program Administrator will collaborate closely with program managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, managing timelines, resources, and documentation. They will handle day-to-day operational tasks, monitor program progress, and assist with reporting and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (not limited to duties as described - performs related duties as requested)
• Assist Travel Coordinators with general administrative tasks, including file management, travel arrangements, and expense tracking
• Assist in preparing program reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and senior management.
• Assist the Finance Manager with responding to financial taskings in a timely manner
• Assist Contract Security Officer and Schedule Coordinator with taskings
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications between team members and stakeholders.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree and minimum two (2) years of related experience.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• Knowledge in SharePoint Development and/or PowerBI
• Willingness to travel with Program Leads, no more than 25%
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and skills required to administer a Level-of-Effort, cost type contracts
• Proficiency using Microsoft products (WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project)
