About the Program

Lead STi’s execution for MARMC C280—the Navy’s front line for shipboard communications readiness in Norfolk. You’ll be the primary interface to KO/COR/Government PM, aligning skilled ET teams around ship schedules and inspection milestones. Your leadership converts technical expertise into on-time, on-target outcomes: faster restores, stronger inspection results, and measurable readiness gains for deploying ships.

What You’ll Do:
· Serve as the primary POC to KO/COR/Government PM; coordinate daily with MARMC C280 (Codes 283/284).
· Direct and prioritize technical work across SATCOM and EXCOMM task areas; manage schedules tied to ship availabilities.
· Ensure all work meets contractual requirements and performance standards; deliver recurring status and performance reports.
· Verify personnel qualifications/clearances; maintain controls to prevent/detect fraud and enforce security reporting.
· Lead staffing actions and Key Personnel continuity (identify, onboard, and replace as required).
· Review/approve technical documents, assessments, and deliverables; ensure quality and consistency.
· Mentor leads/SMEs; drive standard methods, tool use (M&TE), and best-practice playbooks across teams.
· Track metrics (throughput, defect closure, repeat discrepancies); brief Government and STi leadership

Required Minimum Qualifications:
· Active SECRET security clearance.
· 8+ years engineering experience (within the last 15 years) in the design, installation, operation, repair, maintenance of Combat/C4I systems.
· 10+ years managing projects involving Administrative Support (program planning, reporting, staffing, and compliance).
· Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project; strong written and oral communication.
· Demonstrated ability to supervise technical staff and manage multi-ship, multi-system tasking.

Preferred / Highly Desirable:
· Prior MARMC/regional maintenance experience and familiarity with Navy assessment/visit processes.
· PMP or DAWIA certification.
· Background overseeing SATCOM/EXCOMM portfolios (e.g., NMT, CBSP, DMR/DAMA, NAVMACS/Link/Wireless).

How to Apply:
Submit your resume highlighting C4I/comms program leadership, team size and scope, contract/customer interfaces, and tools (Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Project), then apply through Indeed.

Contingency Notice: This position is contingent upon contract award and Government approval of proposed key personnel.
