Help
- You will assist with evaluating department administrative, management, and technical processes for effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with requirements.
- You will support initiatives and process improvement events in department divisions to assist with analyzing processes and identifying waste, inefficiencies, deficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- You will assist with providing information technology solutions by documenting workflows, data management systems, analysis tools, automation, tasking, and reporting systems.
- You will assist department staff with procurement of supplies, equipment, services, and travel.
- You will assist with the department budget through the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution phases.
- You will assist with tracking and reconciling requisitions to ensure available funding is appropriately expended.
- You will assist with managing the department records and directives programs.
- You will create, edit, and format reports, directives, presentations, web pages, and correspondence.
- You will assist with auditing department records inventory, storage, and disposal to ensure compliance with requirements.
- You will assist with assessing the department training programs for effectiveness, training needs, identifying trends or problems, and preparing reports that recommend corrective action and improvements.
