Program Manager
Electrosoft Services, Inc. is looking for a skilled Program Manager with a strong understanding of PKI, networking, network management, hardware, security and information assurance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Maintain the security and reliability of the Federal Government's PKI system.
• Provide oversight of the Federal PKI Trust Infrastructure.
• Drive organizational effectiveness and change management.
• Ensure the secure and reliable operation of the FPKI, including the FPKI Repository, which is a central component of the system.
• Manage professional staff that support the FPKI operations, fostering leadership and collaboration across the team.
• Engage with customer Agencies to understand their needs, plan service enhancements, and resolve any issues they encounter with the FPKI.
• Provide regular updates on program activities to the AO and prepare and provide briefs to interested parties on the latest program developments.
• Lead and ensure the operational success of the FPKI through the implementation and management of security protocols and procedures.
• Ensure effective analysis and implementation of existing and emerging policies pertinent to PKI, technical analyses, stakeholder and community support.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the FPKI program, ensuring it aligns with the overall goals of the GSA and Federal guidelines and regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Program/Project Manager.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in PKI and security technologies.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience with IT operations and infrastructure management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Clearance: Top Secret
• Certifications: PMP, CISSP
