Baer is looking for a Junior WatsonX Engineer for 4 weeks Federal Remote Project.

Description:
- Configure and fine-tune IBM watsonx.ai foundation models for code analysis and documentation generation.
- Troubleshoot and refine AI model outputs to improve the quality and accuracy of documentation.
- Collaborate with USPS development teams to validate AI-generated translations of business logic.
- Partner with USPS business owners to finalize and gain approval for documentation formats.
- Establish and maintain documentation standards, templates, and validation criteria.
- Review AI-generated documentation to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.
- Document code analysis findings and develop technical specifications for AI processing.
- Map system and program interdependencies; create system integration specifications.
- Define code quality standards and ensure compliance in the documentation generation process.
- Work closely with the team lead and system integration specialist to expand documentation coverage across all integrated systems and codebases.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools and foundational models, especially IBM watsonx.ai.
- Basic understanding of software development and system integration principles.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
