What You'll Do:

In this high-visibility role, you will:

• Lead with expertise - Advise leadership and teams across headquarters, regions, and field operations on environmental protection and compliance.
• Apply the rules with precision - Interpret and enforce federal, state, and local environmental regulations that keep industries compliant.
• Drive smart decisions - Conduct cost analyses, assess program effectiveness, and present findings to senior leadership.
• Educate & engage - Develop and lead communications that keep teams informed and accountable to environmental policies.
• Ensure accountability - Monitor, audit, and report compliance performance using data-driven program evaluations.
• Collaborate for solutions - Partner with regulatory agencies to resolve compliance issues and implement practical, lasting fixes.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 6+ years in environmental compliance.
• Education:
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in Environmental Sciences or Engineering, OR
  • Graduate degree in Law or Business Administration plus 6+ years of environmental compliance experience.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of environmental laws (RCRA, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, etc.).
• Skills: Strong project management, budgeting, and analytical abilities.
• Bonus Points: Experience in postal service, logistics, or transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• Location: 200 E Kentucky Ave, Denver, CO
