Position Summary
The Marketing Admin (Intern) provides end-to-end tactical support for demand-generation programs, building and segmenting contact lists in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, crafting landing-page copy and CTAs, and launching multi-touch campaigns in Customer Insights - Journeys; maintains the master events calendar/list, oversees logistics for tradeshows and webinars, and conducts post-event ROI analyses; produces monthly internal and external newsletters, collaborates with subject-matter experts on case studies, blogs, social posts, and sales collateral that align with brand standards; monitors competitor activity, website traffic, email performance, and social insights, translating analytics into actionable recommendations; success in this role relies on exceptional written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft 365 and basic design tools, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines within a B2B technology and cybersecurity environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Campaign Support
- Build and maintain targeted contact lists in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Draft high-performing landing-page copy and compelling calls-to-action (CTAs).
- Build and launch campaigns in Microsoft Customer Insights - Journeys.
- Event & Tradeshow Management
- Maintain a master event calendar/list.
- Coordinate all logistics, including booth shipping, collateral, and promotional items.
- Track actual spend against budget and report return-on-investment (ROI) metrics.
- Facilitate structured post-event debrief sessions with attending staff; compile insights on lead quality, opportunities generated, and overall ROI.
- Webinars & Partner Programs
- Create registration pages, reminder emails, and post-event follow up sequences.
- Produce and moderate live webinars with strategic partners, ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
- Newsletters & Email Marketing
- Design, build, and send a monthly internal company newsletter.
- Produce monthly customer and prospect newsletters that align with campaign themes.
- Segment audiences and manage distribution lists in Microsoft Customer Insights - Journeys.
- Analyze open and click-through rates; recommend optimizations based on data.
- Content & Collateral Development
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to develop case studies, blog posts, social media content, and sales collateral.
- Ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines for tone, style, and visual identity.
- Competitor & Market Analysis
- Monitor competitor campaigns, event participation, and share-of-voice across digital channels.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor website traffic, social media insights, and email engagement metrics.
- Prepare reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Working towards a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (juniors, seniors, or grad students preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to adapt tone for technical and executive audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365; familiarity with CRM or marketing-automation platforms.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe/Illustrator).
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to B2B technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS environments.
- Experience hosting or moderating live or virtual events.
