MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Icertis System Administrator to join our team. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Install system software, integrate with other systems, configure specific personalization's, and administer user accounts, roles, and permissions within Icertis
  • Supporting contract template design, clause library configuration, and metadata management
  • Performing day-to-day administration including system troubleshooting, support ticket management, and user training
  • Monitoring system performance and proactively resolving technical issues
  • Managing data imports/exports and supporting integration with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and document repositories
  • Participating in enhancement planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment coordination
  • Creating and maintaining platform documentation, user guides, and training materials
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand contract process requirements and propose solutions

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience administering Icertis or similar CLM platforms
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle processes and document management best practices
  • Experience managing user permissions, workflows, and system configurations
  • Ability to create and manage reports and dashboards within Icertis
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with Icertis integrations using APIs or connectors
  • Knowledge of Agile or ITIL methodologies
  • Prior experience supporting legal, procurement, or contract administration teams

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust prior to starting this position.


Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and clients, which may involve delivering presentations ad must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
