Expertise and Functions: Lead the Enterprise IT Architecture and Engineering team Mentor a team of architects and engineers in coordination with the Lead Architect across various engineering disciplines Oversee all aspects of managing the full engineering lifecycle, guiding the team, ensuring successful delivery of high quality, complex IT capabilities on-time and budget Manage the development lifecycle for new IT capabilities being developed and integrated into the Missile Defense Agency's enterprise network including development and integration of applications, cybersecurity, cloud services, network and service infrastructure, and end user services Oversee and manage technical scope, schedule and budget utilizing demonstrated earned value approaches Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality and mission assurance, business, operations, and various customer sets Identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks Effectively and proactively manage risk Effectively manage resources across multiple capability development activities Other duties as assigned Education/Training: Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline required Master's Degree preferred Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (i.e. Security+) required PMP certification preferred Experience: 12+ years of professional experience in the required task area 5+ years of experience in a management role Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools Experience with cloud technologies preferred

Salary: $145,000 - 155,000

Requirements
Security:
- Must be a US citizen
- Candidate must be in possession of a Secret Security Clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
- Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
- Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time
