Description:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administrative Assistant Senior to provide administrative support to three F-35 Combat Systems Directors. The successful candidate will serve as the primary administrator, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the directors' offices.
Provide high-level administrative support to three Combat Systems Directors, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements
Coordinate and prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes for senior-level meetings and conferences
Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets, databases, and other administrative tools to track and analyze data
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the directors, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism
Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information, including personnel records and other sensitive documents
Coordinate and implement administrative processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and vendors
Provide guidance and support to other administrative staff members, as needed
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in Microsoft Office including, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.
Experience in managing emails, calendars and schedules for leaders.
Desired Skills:
5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a senior leadership support role.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
