Oversee a team of senior product managers to drive multiple offensive cyber toolset programs, ensuring iterative delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product development across multiple offensive cyber projects.
- Define priorities in tools like Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, IDA Pro, and Ghidra.
- Use SAFe frameworks and JIRA to track progress and manage backlogs.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder engagement; monitor schedules and deliverables closely.
Minimum Qualifications & Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
- Bachelor's in STEM; 12+ years industry experience (≥2 years in offensive cyber operations).
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proven ability to lead product teams; strong engagement with technical staff.
- Track record of managing dependencies and documentation in JIRA-driven workflows.
Clearance:
- Must Have an ACTIVE TS/SCI With CI Poly.
