Position Summary:
Applied Training Solutions, LLC is seeking a Supply Unit Leader to manage the ordering, receiving, processing, storing, inventorying, tracking, and distribution of incident-related resources and supplies. This position coordinates closely with the Contract and Vendor Support Specialist to identify and procure resources that align with mission requirements.

Position Summary:
Applied Training Solutions, LLC is seeking a Supply Unit Leader to manage the ordering, receiving, processing, storing, inventorying, tracking, and distribution of incident-related resources and supplies. This position coordinates closely with the Contract and Vendor Support Specialist to identify and procure resources that align with mission requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order, receive, process, and store incident-related supplies and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all supplies and materials
- Track resource usage and status throughout the incident lifecycle
- Distribute supplies efficiently to support ongoing field operations
- Coordinate with Contract and Vendor Support Specialist to source necessary resources
- Ensure timely restocking and replacement of critical supplies
- Prepare reports on inventory and supply chain status as needed
- Support logistical planning and operational coordination
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of work experience in a logistics or supply management role
- Strong organizational and inventory tracking skills
- Experience in emergency management or incident response preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and software
- Must be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting emergency logistics and supply chain coordination
- Knowledge of ICS structure and resource management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and WebEOC
