Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide prompt and effective first-line support, following quality standards and escalation protocols
- Accurately log all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Forward unresolved issues to second-line support or appropriate vendors when necessary
- Analyze customer support workflows and feedback to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical documentation and product updates to better assist customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Must obtain CompTIA Security+ within 3 months of hire
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of empathy and a customer-centric attitude
- This position may require occasional night, weekend, or holiday support
