The Engagement Operations(EO) Agile Release Team (ART) Product Manager is responsible for overseeing software product deliveries and works closely with the System Architect, Release Train Engineer, and Business Owners as key leaders of the EO ART. This role is pivotal in aligning product strategy, vision, and roadmaps with customer needs and business objectives, fostering innovation, and ensuring the delivery of valuable features.

The Engagement Operations(EO) Agile Release Team (ART) Product Manager is responsible for overseeing software product deliveries and works closely with the System Architect, Release Train Engineer, and Business Owners as key leaders of the EO ART. This role is pivotal in aligning product strategy, vision, and roadmaps with customer needs and business objectives, fostering innovation, and ensuring the delivery of valuable features.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college (ABET preferred) in engineering, sciences, or mathematics.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Air and Missile Defense domain, with emphasis on Engagement Operations.
- Strong understanding of Engagement Planning, Classification, Identification and Discrimination (CID), and Track Management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale software development teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile software development practices.
- Active Secret security clearance or higher.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of systems such as IBCS, PATRIOT, MEADS, THAAD, C2BMC, or AEGIS.
- Familiarity with current CID measures in one or more of the DoD services.
- Prior Product Owner experience on a SCRUM team is highly desirable.
