Boeing Global Spectrum Management is seeking an Electromagnetic Testing and Spectrum Management Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) to join our team in Hazelwood, MO.
Position Responsibilities:
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Boeing Global Spectrum Management is seeking an Electromagnetic Testing and Spectrum Management Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) to join our team in Hazelwood, MO.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provides technical expertise to evaluate the design, testing, certification, and maintenance of electromagnetic-shielded facilities, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, and other non-shielded labs
- Conducts minor testing, repair and maintenance on shielded enclosures and anechoic facilities
- Conducts interference analysis and resolution, including radiofrequency (RF) equipment verification and site surveys
- Uses electronic test equipment, performs emission testing of active RF enclosures to ensure regulatory compliance, as well as conducts regulatory compliance assessments of radio frequency operations, including inspection of factories, buildings, rooftops, and other facilities
- Performs consultation, research and technical analysis of frequency authorization requests, available spectrum assets, and applicable regulations to determine availability and acquire spectrum resources, as well as validates and obtains radio frequency equipment certifications
- Performs wireless security sweeps

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience with test equipment including RF (radio frequency) sources, signal generators, spectrum analyzers and antennas
- 1+ years of of hands-on experience with Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)/ Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) testing/analysis/mitigation
- Capable of traveling 25% of the time
- Currently possess a valid driver's license
- Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds frequently within an 8 hour shift
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of engineering experience with EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) or E3 (Electromagnetic Environmental Effects)
- 3+ years of experience in electrical/electronic design with consideration to Electromagnetic Interference/Compatibility (EMI/EMC)
- 1+ year of experience with IEEE 299-2006 shielding effectiveness testing.
- 1+ year of hands-on electromagnetic shield room construction experience
- 1+ year of ICD-705 Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) construction, testing or certification
