Surface Warfare Supply Pillar Analyst, Senior

As Surface Warfare Supply Pillar Analyst, you'll bring your Navy logistics enterprise expertise to work on projects to improve the supply readiness of the surface fleet. You'll analyze readiness issues, propose solutions, develop and track performance metrics, and develop and track projects across the logistics enterprise on behalf of the Commander. You'll work with technical, analytical, and fleet operational experts across the Surface Enterprise to develop surface fleet logistics strategy and achieve strategy goals. You'll be a trusted advisor to our customers, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes at speed.
You'll guide the work we do in support of the Surface Enterprise alongside our team of mission experts and data analysts to drive the solutions we deliver for force readiness.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 15+ years of experience as a Navy Supply Corps officer, or a combination of active reserve duty, senior level government service, and logistics enterprise
- 2+ years of experience on an Echelon III or above staff, managing logistics readiness or logistics planning
- Knowledge of the Navy's Jupiter data analytics platform and Navy data strategy
- Knowledge of Navy mission, goals, and initiatives, including Competitive Edge 2.0
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience as a Navy commanding officer or Assistant Chief of Staff or higher position on an Echelon III or above staff
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree
