Position Summary:
Applied Training Solutions, LLC is seeking a Program Management Professional (PgMP) to coordinate and provide program management for multiple, related projects. This role ensures the timely delivery of program deliverables and effective management of program resources to achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple, related projects within a defined program
- Provide program-level oversight and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Manage program resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of program deliverables
- Identify and mitigate risks across related projects
- Report program status and performance to senior leadership
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams
Basic Qualifications:
- Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP Certified)
- Proven experience managing complex programs consisting of related projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Must be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing programs in emergency management or public sector environments
- Familiarity with PMI program management standards
- Proficiency with program and project management software
