Position Summary:
Applied Training Solutions, LLC is seeking a Mission Management Specialist to support incident operations by creating, updating, and maintaining missions within WebEOC. This role also includes maintaining a Personnel Tracker in Excel to ensure accurate tracking of all deployed resources and directly contacting requestors to clarify mission details.

Position Summary:
Applied Training Solutions, LLC is seeking a Mission Management Specialist to support incident operations by creating, updating, and maintaining missions within WebEOC. This role also includes maintaining a Personnel Tracker in Excel to ensure accurate tracking of all deployed resources and directly contacting requestors to clarify mission details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new missions within WebEOC to support incident response
- Update and edit existing WebEOC missions as necessary
- Maintain a Personnel Tracker in Excel to accurately track deployed resources
- Communicate with resource requestors to clarify and verify mission details
- Ensure data accuracy and timeliness in mission tracking systems
- Support coordination with internal teams and external partners as needed
- Provide reporting updates on mission statuses and resource tracking
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of work experience in a mission management or emergency coordination role
- Familiarity with WebEOC functionality
- Familiarity with Florida's Emergency Response System
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in emergency operations centers (EOCs) or similar response environments
- Ability to manage and track multiple missions simultaneously
- Knowledge of ICS and emergency management protocols
