Key Responsibilities
- Lead development efforts for advanced software systems including real-time processing, large-scale data analytics, and business information systems
- Provide technical direction and oversight to the development team
- Ensure adherence to software design and development methodologies
- Review, test, and validate software components and document results
- Resolve software problem reports and implement fixes
- Guide hardware/software trade-off decisions and promote COTS/GOTS reuse
- Analyze system requirements and decompose them into actionable software components

- 14+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in a government contracting environment
- Proficiency in:
- Java
- Linux
- Maven
- Git
- Nexus
- Airflow
- Kubernetes
- NiFi
- YAML
- SQL
- Trino
- Strong experience in secure system development and deployment
- Ability to synthesize system-level requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Required: Security+ (IAT Level II)
- Preferred: Active Top Secret clearance
