Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.1. This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code INFORMATION SYSTEMS SECURITY MANAGER; and CYBER POLICY AND STRATEGY PLANNER, proficiency level INTERMEDIATE. The incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.

- You will be responsible for the planning, analysis, design, development, testing, quality assurance, configuration installation, implementation, integration, maintenance, and management of networked systems used for the transmission of information.
- You will analyze and define network requirements, define and maintain network architectures and infrastructures, and configure and optimize network servers.
- You will analyze and monitor the network's workload, capacities and performance, and diagnose and resolve the network's problems.
- You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- You will manage accounts, network rights and access to the system and equipment, manage system resources, implement security procedures and tools, and develop and document system admin standard operating procedures.
