Position Summary:
Applied Training Solutions, LLC is seeking a Mass Care Field Team Coordinator to support the Human Services Branch in maintaining daily communication and coordination with all deployed teams. This role is responsible for facilitating field operations by scheduling meetings, documenting actions, and ensuring timely updates in WebEOC and other platforms.

Work is performed in Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs), field environments, or remote coordination centers. Extended hours and travel may be required across the continental United States and its territories during emergency activations.

Position Summary:
Applied Training Solutions, LLC is seeking a Mass Care Field Team Coordinator to support the Human Services Branch in maintaining daily communication and coordination with all deployed teams. This role is responsible for facilitating field operations by scheduling meetings, documenting actions, and ensuring timely updates in WebEOC and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily communication and field activities with the Human Services Branch
- Ensure timely updates and accurate documentation of all deployed team actions
- Upload relevant data, documents, and updates into WebEOC
- Schedule and manage regular coordination meetings with field teams
- Document field activities and maintain accurate records for situational awareness
- Support logistical and operational needs of mass care field teams
- Provide status reports and updates to SERT leadership as needed
- Coordinate with other branches to resolve field issues and escalate needs appropriately
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of work experience in a mass care coordination or emergency response role
- Working knowledge of Mass Care Activities
- Experience with WebEOC or similar emergency management systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders in high-pressure environments
- Must be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) or deployed disaster setting
- Familiarity with Human Services Branch functions in emergency response
- Knowledge of ICS structure and state-level coordination processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and coordination platforms

- Performance Location: On-site while on assignment (location TBD)

- Travel Required: Yes - up to 100% while on assignment
