Required Skills:
5+yrs working experience
Expertise in Python. Knowledge of C++
Experience in LINUX, SSH, UART
Minimal Knowledge of HW: Serial port, UART, Flash, i3C
Tasks planned
Work with our developers to write and execute test scripts (long duration + CICD).
Work on standalone scripts for overnight testing (Ex. SW updates, regression testing for specific fixes)
Add coverage support for CICD (Single LRU) from developers inputs.
Add coverage support for testing on specific features using end-to-end satellites (setup, execution, parsing results)
Add test results automation to wiki
Monitor the pipeline health, report issues, isolate offending CR or reproduce transient issues
Configure venues when needed
Write and test Python based procedures to be executed on test venues (prior to space) to account for issues experienced in space.
Developers will come up with a procedure and series of commands to be executed
Write the procedure (Python based / Juniper notebooks)
Test procedures on venues and follow-up on propagation until procedure is ready to be used in space.
Work with developers on verification of results/testing
Monitor and support the provisioning of Production satellites:
Maintain our scripts which are providing ASIC provisioning / Fuse burn.
Provide enhancements to reduce time or occurrences of issues
Enhance visibility to the overall reporting
