The Intelligence Programs Group, part of Systems Planning and Analysis Inc.'s Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities. We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense. SPA has an immediate need for a SharePoint & PowerApps Developer.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret clearance
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining custom apps and automations in SharePoint
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint list/library management, permissions, and team site creation
  • Experience designing or supporting modern SharePoint experiences and custom business tools
  • Clear understanding of Power Platform architecture and MS Teams integrations
  • Strong communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with non-technical users
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and usable technical documentation

Responsibilities

SPA is seeking a SharePoint & PowerApps Developer that will join our team to collaborate, engage, and assist with development in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, focusing on SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft Teams. The successful candidate will w ork closely with customers, peers, and management to design and develop clean and intuitive SharePoint sites.

This is a fully remote position but the ideal candidate should reside within a comfortable driving distance to El Segundo.

Duties associated with this role include but are not limited to the following:
  • Design and maintain custom applications using Power Apps and SharePoint Online.
  • Build and manage workflows with Power Automate.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, and team sites including structure, metadata, and views.
  • Configure and manage SharePoint security groups, user access, and permissions.
  • Transition legacy data, libraries, and processes to modern, web-based systems, especially within SharePoint.
  • Maintain associated databases and provide regular data reports and usage metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and deliver intuitive, user-centered solutions.
  • Adhere to UI/UX bease practices for layout, accessibility, and performance.
  • Document systems, workflows, procedures, and access protocols thoroughly.
  • Support ongoing site/tool maintenance and troubleshoot user issues as needed.
