ABOUT THIS ROLE

St. Michael's is hiring a Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager to support an Intelligence Community (IC) client. As the Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager, you will act as a primary liaison with senior Government stakeholders, addressing workforce concerns, mitigating risks, and aligning staffing solutions with evolving mission needs. Our core value of Dependability will be paramount to this role as you will be the primary point of contact helping implement hiring and retention strategies, oversee contractor personnel, and ensure efficient resource utilization.

LOCATION

McLean, VA (100% on-site)

WHO YOU ARE
  • Active Top-Secret SCI with CI Poly
  • A minimum of ten years of talent acquisition and workforce management experience supporting IC agencies that involve providing highly specialized administrative support services to senior executive level personnel.
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in developing and implementing workforce analytics and performance metrics to assess hiring effectiveness, retention trends, and workforce planning outcomes.

Desired Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or equivalent certification.
  • Prior experience within the Intelligence Community.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing on-site leadership and implement hiring and retention strategies.
  • Oversee contractor personnel and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Be a primary liaison with Government stakeholders, they address workforce concerns, mitigate risks, and align staffing solutions with evolving mission needs.
  • Establish, implement, maintain, and document appropriate onboarding processing and training materials.
  • Develop and maintain continuity of services materials for daily operations.

This position is in support of an upcoming opportunity contingent upon award, and we are actively gathering qualified candidates in preparation for a successful proposal submission.
