Supply Chain Analyst

Overview:
Seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support all airplane programs. This role is critical in driving supply chain efficiency, managing change, and supporting production success through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
You will join a motivated team of professionals dedicated to solving complex supply chain challenges and enabling the delivery of safe, high-quality, and efficient aircraft and aerospace products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Schedule Alignment: Ensure material availability aligns with production timelines and delivery goals.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks such as supplier capacity constraints and material shortages.
• Cost & Efficiency Initiatives: Lead cost-saving and process improvement projects using lean principles and supplier negotiations.
• ERP/MRP System Utilization: Operate and enhance ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to support supply chain accuracy and efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Material Planning: Analyze complex material requirements and integrate bills of material into production plans.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security clearance (Requires US Citizenship)
• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• 1+ year of experience in Supply Chain or Materials Management.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or customer service environment.
• 1+ year of experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• 1+ year of experience with GOLD.
• Experience using ALL of the following Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including on-call support during weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ACTIVE Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience.

Candidates must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
