ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage IT systems throughout their entire lifecycle-from planning and deployment to retirement
- Define and maintain technological roadmaps aligned with mission objectives
- Analyze integration and transition requirements to ensure seamless implementation
- Coordinate between development, operations, and support teams to maintain system continuity
- Track resources and timelines to support lifecycle planning and budget alignment
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance and reduce operational risk
- Ensure IT solutions remain aligned with evolving business and mission needs
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma/GED with 10 years' experience
- Associate's with 8 years' experience
- Bachelor's with 6 years' experience
- Master's with 4 years' experience
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Demonstrated experience managing IT systems or programs across all lifecycle phases
- Strong understanding of system integration, deployment strategies, and operational planning
- Ability to develop technology roadmaps and long-term planning frameworks
- Proficiency with tracking tools, project management systems, or lifecycle management platforms
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams
