Tactica Solutions is seeking an Intelligence Analyst (CI Analyst) to support 16th Air Force (AFCYBER) operations in San Antonio, TX. This position will provide counterintelligence (CI) analysis, integration, and coordination in support of Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and cyber operations across the 16 AF Enterprise. This is a pre-award position contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct all-source CI analysis and research to develop briefings, reports, and assessments supporting AFCYBER missions.
* Assist in CI/HUMINT integration, coordination, and deconfliction across cyber operations.
* Support the development of sensitive activity products in coordination with internal and external DoD elements.
* Prepare CI-related guidance materials, background papers, and staffing packages for government review.
* Collaborate with CI, HUMINT, and cyber professionals to enhance operational synchronization across the enterprise.
Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* High school diploma or GED equivalent.
* Minimum five (5) years of counterintelligence (CI) analysis experience within any DoD component.
* At least two (2) years of experience supporting cyber operations.
* Completion of a DoD foundational intelligence or CI analysis course.
* Experience with CI/HUMINT plans, training, or exercises.
* Strong understanding of CI doctrine and HUMINT integration best practices.
* Effective team collaboration, communication, and briefing skills.
* Ability to adapt to dynamic mission requirements and interagency coordination.

Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to 25 pounds as necessary.
