Position Title: Data Analyst
Fully remote, hours based on EST
Contract position funded through 01/2027 - option to extend
Pay range: $95,000 - 105,000 with full benefits - based on experience and qualifications

We are looking for you, a Data Analyst who will use equal parts skill and vision to build an experience that delivers functionality and efficiency.
We need a self-starter who can identify and develop meaningful connections between data and policy. This is an opportunity to solve problems at the Department of Veterans Affairs by collaborating to building connections between software assets and policy. Join us as we build systems to change the Department of Veterans Affairs for the better. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Must Have:
5+ years of experience working in a professional work environment
5+ years of research experience and/or technical writing
Experience with researching vendor software products (working knowledge of NIST CVE database is preferred)
Experience with software inventory systems – BigFix, SCCM, and their associated reporting capabilities
Ability to validate data against policy
Ability to work independently while exercising good judgment and discretion
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or technical equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience or a total of 13 years in lieu of education -LCAT

Active Public Trust clearance or PIV
