HOW A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER EXPERT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
• Provide direct collaboration with customer base for solutions to enterprise-wide technical challenges.
• Provide customer technical guidance and cross-organization solutions.
• Serve as software development lead to high-performing team.
• Provide point of contact for customer organization and participate in organizational-level requirements.
•Provide troubleshooting of complex software applications and forward planning of application enhancements and expansion.

• Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software

• Develop software applications and solutions, document, technically plan, integrate, and modify software for database systems and integration of those systems for specialized customer.

• Provide architecture, modeling, quality control, risk management, technical decisions for software frameworks across all lifecycle phases.

• Perform hardware and software development planning, define technical requirements, and provide technical evaluations for software applications portfolio.

• Provide customer guidance and cross-organization solutions.

• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions

• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, team code reviews and high-level architecture.

• Help to lead and mentor other software engineers and developers to perform and assist in their duties as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree - AWS Cloud Practitioner
• Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience.
• Required Technical Skills: LINUX, Java, AWS Cloud Services, etc.
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
• Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated technical leadership of 10+ person team.

• Preferred Skills: AWS, Java, Python, LINUX
• Location: Herndon, VA (potential for occasional telework)

• US Citizenship Required
