Implementation Specialist

One of our leading industry clients in the hospitality industry is excited to welcome a new Implementation Specialist to their team. The Implementation Specialist will be a dedicated and detail oriented individual who enjoys collaborating with multiple lines of business and working with customers. The Implementation Specialist will be the liaison with the technical team and the management team working closely together to implement new software and updates.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $45 - $55 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Manage the lifecycle of different sign up systems and train their employees setting up these systems.
• Be in a collaborate environment working with a dynamic team that serves their customer, but also team members. The Implementation Specialist will have experience with project management and implementation guiding and training team members efficiently to meet business goals.
• Suitable for individuals with experience as a general manager or in revenue management.
• The role is distinct from the Implementation Specialist
• Stakeholder Collaboration - will work with Line Manager but also across other internal workstreams to continue to communicate updates and recommend enhancements and process improvements

Experience Requirements:

• At least 5 years in a related field
• General Manager, Director of Sales, Revenue Manager, Online Travel Agencies (OTA)
• Sales - needs to be able to speak well and with confidence to be able to get back on the right track and proceeding towards the goal
• Reporting/Tools/CRM - should have experience with Microsoft Excel or similar application to be able to analyze and manage portfolio level data regularly to help streamline day to day activities
