Our client, a leader in their industry, has an amazing opportunity for a Talent Marketing Product Manager.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $75 - $85 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Drive execution of complex talent acquisition and marketing programs to enable client's talent marketing team to successfully bring leads into Intuit's hiring pipeline as well as ensuring technical architecture can change at scale with changing business demands.
  • Must be very comfortable with Agile and related methodologies to accelerate decisions and outcomes while minimizing risk
  • Ability to work well through ambiguity, confidence in making tough calls and leading through adversity with a sharp focus on the eventual right outcomes
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, develop solutions to challenges and drive the implementation of the solution
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders and implementation team to ensure that operations are properly conducted.
  • Define and document product requirements and roadmaps for execution.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, analyze data from numerous inputs, and provide direction and guidance.
  • Ensuring the final product meets the end user's needs by conducting user testing and gathering feedback.
  • Managing the product backlog to prioritize features and ensure that the development process stays on track.

Experience Requirements:
  • Experience in solution evaluation, design, configuration, implementation, integration, and administration of web platforms
  • Experience in web application deployment for complex IT or Enterprise programs.
  • Experience with marketing technology tools, like Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Real-time CDP, or Eloqua Marketing Automation.
  • Understanding of talent acquisition hiring funnel pipelines and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) technology, like Avature.
  • Must have knowledge of technology processes, product frameworks, and familiarity of business strategies.
