Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of specialized roles within our client's ecosystem, particularly in adapting to the integration of AI Agents. This role involves implementing a comprehensive job architecture framework in Workday, centralizing compensation data, and enhancing user experience through UI updates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Capital Management systems and a proven track record in managing complex data integration projects.

Job Location: Flexible/Remote options available

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $75 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Strong understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, particularly Workday and Workday Extend
  • Experience with job architecture design, implementation, and maintenance
  • Knowledge of compensation practices and data management
  • Ability to work with complex data sets and disparate systems
  • Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), especially custom-built or proprietary solutions
  • Familiarity with data migration and integration projects involving ATS and HCM platforms
  • Understanding of the technical and functional aspects of ATS configurations and workflows
  • Assist in defining, managing, and leveraging specialized roles within the client's ecosystem, adapting to the introduction of AI Agents
  • Support the implementation of a granular job architecture framework in Workday, including Job Family Groups, Job Families, and detailed Job Profile attributes
  • Help in consolidating and centralizing compensation data within a dedicated Compensation Management system
  • Collaborate with various teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, Compensation) to ensure seamless integration and understanding of the new job architecture
  • Support the transition of a custom-built Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to consume new Workday job architecture


Experience Requirements:
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications in Workday or HCM systems are a plus
