Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager - Contracts LifeCycle Managment. This role combines strategic product knowledge and hands-on project management to lead the implementation of a modern Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform at our client. The ideal candidate will drive planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment across legal, procurement, finance, and IT teams to deliver a scalable, compliant, and user-friendly CLM solution.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities: Project Management
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Lead cross-functional meetings, standups, and steering committee updates.
- Track budget, forecast spend, and manage vendor contracts and SOWs.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers.
- Conduct current-state assessments of contract workflows and tools.
- Define future-state CLM architecture and roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for implementation and adoption.
- Partner with legal, sourcing, finance, and IT to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and change management activities.
- Ensure alignment across executive sponsors, business owners, and technical teams.
- Ensure teams are delivering on thier configuration, testing, and deployment of the CLM platform (e.g., Ironclad, Icertis, DocuSign CLM).
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies.
- Establish governance models for contract templates, workflows, and user roles.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for a minimum of two years post-implementation.
Experience Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in project or product management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or legal tech.
- Proven track record leading CLM or similar enterprise platform implementations.
- Strong understanding of contract workflows, compliance, and digital transformation.
- Familiarity with tools like Ironclad, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Conga, or Workday Contracts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills.
