Join our dynamic team as a Financial Actions Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in managing mandatory and voluntary corporate actions claims custody functions for all organizational accounts. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in financial services and corporate actions, with guidance from experienced professionals.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $25 - $29 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
- Manage mandatory and voluntary corporate actions claims custody functions for organizational accounts.

- Process and allocate claim payments, and communicate with brokers for status updates.

- Reconcile, monitor, and post entitlements to client accounts.

- Perform daily reconciliations for cash, security, and suspense transactions.

- Adhere to established quality control measures and procedures.

- Research and respond to inquiries from internal business groups, depositories, agents, brokers, clients, investment managers, sub-custodians, and/or custodians.

- Contribute to the achievement of team goals and objectives.

Experience Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail

- Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment

- Teamwork and collaboration

- Problem-solving skills

Key Technical Skills:

- Basic understanding of corporate actions processes

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP function

- Familiarity with the MS Office Suite
