DSA is seeking an experienced Knowledge Manager to support defining strategy, developing solutions, and implementing an Army organization's knowledge management program. The knowledge manager will work in partnership with the Army organization to capture, organize, share, and apply governance for information and knowledge management to improve overall efficiency, collaboration, and decision-making.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develops and implements knowledge management strategy including documenting strategic plans and KM roadmaps
- Establishes and documents KM practices, processes, and standards
- Manages knowledge assets
- Promotes formal and informal knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Ensures knowledge accessibility and protection of knowledge based on user roles and permissions
- Establishes and delivers KM related training and reference materials
- Evaluates existing KM practices and recommends actionable improvements
- Engages with stakeholders at all levels of the Army customer organization to understand challenges and promote knowledge management solutions
- Performs comparative analyses of commercial and government-developed KM tools and methodologies and reports findings
- Analyzes policy and performance of initiatives as they relate to knowledge management and information technology solutions for consistency, standardization, integration, quality assurance, and compliance
- Recommends and oversees use of IT solutions to support KM objectives
- Assesses organizational business processes and recommends KM solutions to gain business process efficiencies
- Establishes, updates, and maintains the customer's knowledge management portals including SharePoint online environment
- Ensures use of Army 365 based solutions to meet KM goals and objectives
Basic Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, information management, or a related field
- Experience developing and implementing knowledge management strategies and roadmaps
- Familiarity with establishing KM practices, processes, and standards within an organization
- Experience managing knowledge assets and content in structured platforms
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Experience providing KM training, guidance, and reference materials to end users
- Ability to assess and improve KM programs and related business processes
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint (preferably SharePoint Online) for content and portal management
- Familiarity with Army 365 / Microsoft Office 365 (A365) environments
- Active Secret security clearance required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting Army or Department of Defense (DoD) organizations
- Understanding of KM principles and governance frameworks (e.g., APQC, SECI model)
- Experience performing evaluations of commercial and government KM tools and methodologies
- Ability to conduct policy and performance analysis related to KM and IT integration
- Experience recommending or implementing IT tools to support KM objectives
- Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments
- Familiarity with compliance, standardization, and quality assurance in KM initiatives
- Experience optimizing business processes through KM practices and technologies
