We are seeking experienced Product Owners to join our dynamic product team within a large Solution Train. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving product success by managing and prioritizing the team backlog, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of high-value solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Product Owner for a dedicated product team within a scaled agile environment.
- Build, edit, and maintain the team backlog with input from key stakeholders including PM, EPM, and IPT leads.
- Refine and prioritize backlog items as part of the agile rhythm, including participation in PI Planning.
- Collaborate with the team to mature the Story backlog and ensure clarity and alignment.
- Understand and support upcoming enabler work, partnering with architects to guide technical decisions.
- Maximize customer value through strategic backlog management and stakeholder engagement.
- Evaluate team progress and provide guidance to ensure alignment with product goals.
- Own and manage risks and opportunities associated with the product.
- Ensure completed Stories meet user needs and comply with the Definition of Done.
- Active Secret Clearance
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a scaled agile environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and backlog management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including architecture and engineering.
