Logistician I / II

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Logistician I/II in Lakehurst, NJ.

For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

This position can be a hybrid role.

How Role will make an impact:

• Analyze, procure and track SE and related logistics elements (publications, etc.) to support assigned Case(s) per the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA).
• Perform case-specific SE research under the direction of the LKE Weapons System Manager (WSM) and Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM).
• Conduct Market Research required to procure assets delineated within the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA).
• Maintain an action item tracker for all program-related tasks. Alert the WSM/ILSM of any schedule slippages.
• Provide technical support for system/design requirements determination and SE acquisition.
• Support preparation of all acquisition documents for the procurement of new, COTS/NDI, and modified SE end-items including technical specifications and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Participate in program meetings, phoncons and conferences. Execute assigned action items on schedule. Develops and tracks acquisition status for assigned FMS Case(s) SE; develops presentations and delivers presentations.
• Engage educational tools (DAU) to remain current on acquisition policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills required to communicate internally.

Requirements

What you'll need to have to join our award-winning team:

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance or have the ability to obtain one.
• BS or BA degree; An additional two (2) years of experience working in direct support of Defense life-cycle logistics can be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
• Demonstrates the ability to successfully communicate with all levels of government personnel.
• Travel requirement: up to 25%.
