Data Intelligence, LLC is seeking a Software Engineer III to support the NPMA (Naval PM Applications) effort under the EPSE MAC contract. This role involves software engineering, DevSecOps, infrastructure support, and cybersecurity integration within the Rapid Assess and Incorporate Software Engineering (RAISE) Platform of Choice (RPOC) environment.
The ideal candidate will bring full-stack development skills and hands-on experience with containerized architectures and cloud deployments, along with the ability to navigate secure DoD environments and support CI/CD pipelines from development through production. This position is 100% on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software within the RPOC DevSecOps pipeline
- Integrate secure coding practices into CI/CD workflows
- Collaborate with systems engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and platform integrators
- Support tactical systems such as CANES, NIAPS, ACS, and others
- Perform unit, system, and integration testing of new code deployments
- Assist with system hardening, STIG implementation, and security tool usage
- Maintain and optimize cloud-based infrastructure components using AWS and Azure services
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with DoD systems like RAISE, NIAPS, CANES, ACS, and NIS
- Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity policies, tools, and procedures
- Experience with cloud platforms and tools such as AWS EC2, RDS, ElastiCache, Fargate, EKS, Azure Database, App Services
- Hands-on DevOps / DevSecOps experience: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD
- Proficiency with programming languages: Java, JavaScript, SQL, C/C++, C#, Objective-C, Embedded C
- Experience with tools and frameworks such as ASP.NET Core, Microsoft SQL/T-SQL, React, Angular
- Comfortable working in Agile and traditional (waterfall) SDLC environments
- Familiarity with Checkmarx, CodeDx, Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Redis, ChainGuard, JetBrains Rider dotUltimate, Redgate, Adobe XD, Miro, Figma, MUI for Figma, IBM Watson, Microsoft CoPilot
- Master's Degree in a technical discipline

- Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 IAT-level certification required to gain access to RPOC environment
- Must meet cybersecurity training requirements as imposed by the RPOC DevSecOps framework
