Great Hill is seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Integration Engineer (Master) to support the evolution, design, integration, and sustainment of the Tactical Local Area Network (TACLAN) Architecture. This role will be integral to the Tactical Communications efforts within the USSOCOM Program Management Office (PMO), enabling effective command, control, communications, and computer (C4) capabilities across the SOF enterprise. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on TACLAN, driving architectural improvements and fostering collaboration between mission users, program stakeholders, and engineering teams.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
  • Support all aspects of the TACLAN Architecture evolution, including technical assessments, requirements analysis, and capability planning (short- and long-term).
  • Assist in the development, integration, and maintenance of the TACLAN and supporting segment architectures.
  • Engage with mission users and translate operational needs into detailed technical solutions.
  • Promote and support the sharing and reuse of IT applications and solutions across the enterprise.
  • Provide architectural and strategic design guidance for collaborative sharing services programs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate technical boards, working groups, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation such as Concept of Operations (CONOPs), mission service transition plans, and integration guides.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by developing mechanisms for implementation of efficiencies.
  • Collaboratively develop and maintain SOFNET network testing and validation requirements for integration at the C4 Tactical Integration Platform.
  • Create baseline configuration testing and user evaluation plans for Tactical Programs of Record, supporting events such as validation, resets, and fielding.
  • Maintain SIE interface capabilities to ensure SOFNET-U/S tactical system requirements are appropriately tracked and tested.
  • Serve as the liaison for integration between C4 Test Platform tactical needs and TACLAN image/system deployments at SOFNET-U/S.
  • Act as the subject matter expert in tactical network interoperability, user evaluations, and C4 system integration.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required.
  • Mastery-level experience with enterprise systems engineering, tactical networks, and system integration within DoD or similar environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of TACLAN architecture and SOF C4 systems and environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in system architecture development, technical assessments, and strategic IT planning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate across functional teams in a dynamic, high-tempo environment.

Desired Skills:
  • Prior experience supporting USSOCOM, Joint SOF environments, or equivalent C4ISR mission sets.
  • Experience with CONOP development, system transition planning, and network testing.
  • Familiarity with SOFNET-U/S environments, SIE interfaces, and C4 Tactical Integration Platforms.
