- Leading Agile transformations and scale Agile Delivery using frameworks like SAFe
- Manage application security vulnerabilities and compliance
- Business analysis, requirements elicitation, and process optimization
Qualifications
Required:
- 20+ years of professional experience in software development and project management.
- 20+ years of expertise in .NET application development (C#, Web API, SQL Server).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and RESTful APIs.
- Proven ability to lead Agile transformations and scale Agile delivery using frameworks like SAFe.
- Strong background in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and process optimization.
- Experience working with federal clients such as Treasury, OCC, FDIC, etc.
- Demonstrated success in managing application security vulnerabilities and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
- Master's degree preferred.
- DevOps and CI/CD experience is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Programming: C#, VB.NET, SQL, JavaScript, PHP, C++, Visual Basic 6
- Web Technologies: ASP.NET, Angular, jQuery, HTML/CSS, JSON, WCF, REST
- Tools & Platforms: Visual Studio, TFS, LINQ, Ionic, SQL Server, MySQL, Unix/Linux
