Job Description:
The Middleware Administrator leads all activities associated with the deployment, operation, and optimization of enterprise Middleware platforms that power DLA business systems. You will:
• Install, design, create, and maintain Middleware solutions in complex client/server environments
• Conduct quality-control and audit activities to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data and middleware components
• Advise users on access methods and best practices for Middleware-based applications
• Deploy and configure user applications within the Middleware stack and ensure secure connectivity to backend databases
• Work closely with application developers to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance
• Apply deep knowledge of database technologies, development methodologies, and front-end programming languages (e.g., SQL) to support system design and database programming
• Maintain database dictionaries, enforce standards/procedures, and integrate systems through sound database design principles
Qualifications (Must Haves):
• Five (5) years progressive experience administering Informatica solutions.
• Experience also shall include capability to work on various operating systems and
• additional programming languages.
• Must possess an active Secret clearance.
